Working on commission is not really the best. One is forced to rein in the creativity and work according to the wishes of the person who commissioned the work. And that's what a creative person does not like to do.
you want a canvas with the bottom of that color and decoration of that other and you're conditioned to live in those parameters. It 'difficult to reconcile the two. We are fully committed to hoping to meet the needs of the client but it feels a little frustrated. I just finished two paintings ... .. I was asked to copy another job I have at home and from which I do not want to part, I tried, but a touch of diversity could not not include it. The other canvas instead had to have stable colors, light green, similar to a pattern seen in a book by Donna Dweberry. There I put it all .... I hope the person who ordered them to me to be satisfied with my work
